Stop doing repetitive work by hand.
Automating is not adding AI to everything. It is finding where your team copies data from one place to another, where a lead is lost for lack of a timely reply, and closing that gap. The technology comes after the diagnosis.
Process first, tool second.
Automating a broken process only achieves breaking it faster.
Before quoting, it helps to know whether this is what you need.
A fit if
- Someone on your team spends hours moving data between systems.
- You lose enquiries because nobody replies outside working hours.
- Your information is spread across tools that do not talk to each other.
- You want to start with one concrete process and measure the saving.
Not a fit if
- You want to "add AI" with no identified process to fix.
- The process changes weekly and is not yet stable.
- You expect it to replace your team: it removes the repetitive part, not the people.
- You cannot grant access to the systems where the information lives.
What people usually ask us.
Does my data train the model?
No. Providers are configured so content is not used for training, and we put that in writing in the proposal along with where each piece of data is processed.
What if the assistant answers badly?
It gets explicit scope limits and a handover to a person. We would rather it says “a human will look at this” than invent an answer that costs you a client.
Where do we start?
With a single process, the one that eats the most hours. It is measured before and after. If the saving does not appear, scaling it makes no sense.
Does it lock me into one provider?
The provider is chosen per case and we document how to change it. We avoid setups where switching means rebuilding everything.
